Commercial Salon & Spa Floor Cleaning
Olsen Restoration Carpet Cleaning supports salons and spas with commercial floor care for waiting rooms, treatment-adjacent areas, corridors, and wet-area hard floors. We are based in Lake Stevens, WA and serve commercial accounts across King, Snohomish, and Skagit counties. Tile and grout work is 100% commercial only — we do not offer residential tile cleaning.

Salons and spas
Salon and spa floors see continuous client traffic, product and moisture exposure in wet or treatment zones, and mixed carpet and hard floors between the front desk and back-of-house. We plan commercial cleaning around appointment hours and which zones can close — not a residential approach.
- Waiting rooms and reception carpet or hard floors
- Retail or product display areas adjacent to the front desk
- Corridors and staff common areas
- Restrooms, wet rooms, and commercial tile where present
Waiting rooms and first impressions
Waiting-room floors are what clients see first. Entrance soil and seating-zone wear build between visits. Maintenance cleaning (including low-moisture encapsulation where appropriate for commercial carpet) and restorative extraction when soil load calls for it are covered on our commercial carpet cleaning page. Share open hours and fixture constraints when you request an assessment.
Wet areas, tile, and hard floors
Many salons and spas need commercial tile in wet rooms, restrooms, or treatment-adjacent hard floors, and VCT or finished hard floors in corridors. When you want one vendor for the floor plan:
- Commercial tile and grout cleaning (commercial only) for wet-area and restroom tile
- Commercial VCT strip & wax when finished hard floors need strip and recoat (overview also on strip and wax)
- Related verticals: retail floor cleaning for product/display floors and gym & fitness floor cleaning for wet-area / locker-adjacent patterns
Scheduling around appointments
Most salon and spa work is planned after close, early morning, or other closed-door windows so client appointments stay open when possible. Share access rules and any overnight staffing when you request an assessment.
