Our four maintenance plans
1. Commercial Carpet Maintenance, Monthly
Twelve standard cleans a year using low-moisture encapsulation. Best for high-traffic carpet such as entries, reception areas, and main hallways, where soil builds up quickly.
2. Commercial Carpet Maintenance, Quarterly
Four visits a year with standard encapsulation cleaning, plus the option to make any visit a deep clean when the carpet needs more than routine maintenance. A good fit for offices and suites with moderate traffic.
3. Commercial Carpet Maintenance, Twice a Year
Two deep cleans a year, about every six months. Suited to lighter-use spaces such as private offices, conference rooms, and low-traffic suites.
4. Commercial Tile & Grout Maintenance, Quarterly

What you get with a maintenance plan
- A set schedule. Your visits are planned ahead on a recurring day and time that works for your building.
- Priority scheduling. Plan customers get priority when booking and moving visits.
- Fast-drying encapsulation. Low-moisture cleaning means staff and customers can usually walk on the carpet soon after we finish. Exact drying time depends on airflow, temperature, and humidity, and we give you an estimate for your space.
- After-hours and weekend visits. We are open 24 hours, 7 days a week, so cleaning can happen when your space is empty.
- A written agreement. Areas, visit frequency, and pricing are spelled out in writing before the first visit.
- The same rates as one-time service. Plan visits are billed at our standard commercial rates. The plan is about consistency and scheduling, not a different price list.

How it works
- Walkthrough and free quote. We look at your carpet and tile, measure the areas, and talk through traffic, access, and your preferred cleaning window.
- Pick a plan. Choose monthly, quarterly, or twice-a-year carpet maintenance, quarterly tile and grout maintenance, or a combination.
- Sign the agreement. The written agreement lists your areas, square footage, visit frequency, and price per visit.
- Scheduled visits. We show up on the agreed schedule, clean the listed areas, and invoice after each visit.

Commercial maintenance plan FAQ
How long is a commercial maintenance agreement?
Our standard agreement runs for 12 months from the start date. It renews for another 12 months unless either side cancels, so your cleaning schedule keeps going without new paperwork every year.
How do we cancel a maintenance plan?
Either side can cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Email works. Any visits completed before the cancellation takes effect are billed as usual.
Do plan visits cost more or less than one-time cleaning?
Neither. Plan visits are billed at the same rates as our one-time commercial service. What a plan adds is a set schedule, priority scheduling, and a written agreement, so you are not starting from scratch every time the floors need attention.
What if we want extra areas cleaned during a visit?
Just ask. Work outside the areas listed in your agreement needs your written approval first, by email or a signed change order. Approved extra areas are billed at the same rates as the rest of your plan.
Can you clean after hours or on weekends?
Yes. We are open 24 hours, 7 days a week, so evening, overnight, and weekend visits are available. We plan each visit around your building access, security, and when staff or customers return.
Which plan is right for our building?
It depends on traffic and use. Busy entries and offices often do best with monthly encapsulation, moderate-traffic spaces with quarterly visits, and lighter-use areas with a twice-a-year deep clean. Restrooms, break rooms, and commercial kitchens with tile are a good fit for quarterly tile and grout cleaning. We recommend a plan after a walkthrough.
