Upholstery and commercial spaces are quoted per job. A room is a standard bedroom, living room, dining room or family room; oversized or open-plan areas may count as more than one room, and we tell you before we start.
Specialty treatments (quoted after assessment)
- Pet urine, human urine and feces odor treatment: enzyme and oxidizing treatments applied to the carpet and pad, then extracted. Odor is neutralized, not covered up. Priced by the amount of treatment the job needs, because the supplies are what get the job done; severe odor jobs are billed by the quart of treatment used.
- Soap residue removal: for carpet that was cleaned with laundry detergent, dish soap or a rental machine and now feels stiff, sticky or re-soils quickly. We flush the residue out with a dedicated rinse so the carpet stops attracting dirt.
- Sanitizing and allergen reduction: antimicrobial sanitizing and de-allergizing treatments for homes with kids, pets, asthma or allergies.
- Stain treatment: spot-specific treatment for coffee, wine, ink, makeup, grease, Kool-Aid and other stains. Some dyes are permanent; we tell you honestly what will and will not come out.
Add-ons (extra per room)
- Carpet fluffing: pile lifting and grooming to restore matted, crushed carpet.
- Carpet de-hairing: dedicated pet-hair removal before cleaning.
- Deodorizer: choose apple, clean linen or citrus.
- Carpet conditioner: softens fibers and helps carpet resist re-soiling.

Do you remove pet urine odor or just cover it up?
We neutralize it. Urine salts in the carpet and pad are treated with enzyme and oxidizing products, then extracted. The treatment is priced by how much product the job needs. Severe cases are assessed first, and we tell you up front what cleaning can and cannot fix.
Can you fix carpet that was cleaned with laundry detergent or a rental machine?
Yes. Leftover soap makes carpet stiff and sticky and attracts dirt. Our soap residue removal flushes the detergent out, usually paired with deep or super deep cleaning.
How long does carpet take to dry?
Encapsulation dry cleaning is walkable in about 40 to 60 minutes. Hot water extraction usually dries in 4 to 8 hours depending on carpet type, humidity and airflow.
